Neituri Manor at night, 996 square metres of private luxury accommodation in Finland

The manor

What does 996 square metres of your own feel like?

Neituri is a house of two floors and eight suites, standing alone on 22 hectares of private forest and shoreline by the lake. There is no reception, no other guests, no timetable. A host, manor staff and a concierge look after comfort and privacy, present only when wanted.

How many guests can stay?

Eight suites sleep up to sixteen guests in real comfort. Every suite has its own bathroom, and most look onto the lake or the forest behind the house. The number is deliberate: sixteen is the largest party the house can hold without ever feeling held. A host, manor staff and a concierge look after comfort and privacy throughout, present only when wanted.

Is the manor shared with other guests?

Never. The entire estate, all 22 hectares, is let to one party at a time. Every room, the sauna, the jetty and the shoreline belong to your party alone for the length of your stay. There are no other guests, no shared spaces and no passing visitors to consider. The house team stays close by but out of sight until you ask for them.

What is inside the house?

A library, a tavern for long evenings, quiet workspaces, a chef's kitchen and rooms for gathering or disappearing. Outside, a lakeside sauna, an outdoor hot tub, a laavu shelter and a private jetty extend the house into the landscape. The layout allows a party to spread out over two floors without losing the sense of one household. A host, manor staff and a concierge are on hand throughout, appearing only when wanted.

Every room answers to the lake.

Linen, timber, wool and stone. The materials come from the same landscape you see through the windows, and the light changes the rooms hour by hour.

Nothing here performs luxury. The house simply is what it is, and that is the point.
