Where can a team actually think?
Neituri hosts board weeks, strategy days and team retreats for up to sixteen people with the entire manor to themselves. Meeting spaces look onto the lake, meals are cooked to your schedule, and the nearest interruption is several kilometres of forest away.
What working spaces are there?
The dining hall and library both convert for meetings, with a screen, high-speed connectivity and daylight on three sides. Smaller rooms are available for breakouts and calls, so a plenary session and several parallel conversations can run at the same time. The concierge sets up rooms ahead of each session and resets them afterwards. Nothing about the working spaces feels improvised; they are built into the house rather than added to it.
How do the days run?
Sessions in the morning, the lake or forest in the afternoon, sauna and dinner in the evening. The chef and host adapt meal times to the agenda, not the other way round, and the concierge can adjust the following day's plan on short notice. Breaks outside are genuinely part of the schedule rather than an afterthought, since the forest and shoreline are steps from the meeting rooms. Most groups find the pace settles into something steadier by the second day.
Is it truly private?
Yes. One party at a time means no other guests, no shared spaces and no chance of being overheard. It is the reason many boards return each year. The host, manor staff and concierge are briefed on confidentiality before arrival and stay in the background unless called on. Sensitive conversations can happen anywhere in the house, indoors or out, without concern for who else might be nearby.
