What does a private estate cost?
There is no public price list at Neituri. Each stay is priced in conversation, according to the season, the length and the size of your party. One thing is always included: the entire estate, with a host and a private chef, for your party alone.

What is included in the price?
The entire manor and estate. Eight suites, the sauna, the jetty, the tavern, the forest. A host, a private chef, manor staff and a concierge, all meals, and the arrangements of the days you want to have.
Transfers and special experiences such as huskies or guided fishing are arranged and priced separately.
Can we arrive by helicopter?
Yes. A helicopter brings you from Helsinki to Neituri in about an hour, with our partner Helsinki Citycopter.
The flight is arranged and priced separately from the stay. Tell us your dates and we will include it in your proposal. Ground transfers can also be arranged if a group prefers to travel together by car.
All ways to arriveIs there a minimum stay?
Three nights is the shortest stay that does the place justice. Most parties stay four to seven nights, and longer stays are welcome. The first day tends to be arrival and settling in, so a longer stay lets the rhythm of the house properly emerge. Rates are quoted for the specific dates and party size you propose.
How do we receive a price?
Send an enquiry with your dates, party size and what you hope the stay will be. You will receive a considered proposal within one working day. The proposal sets out what is included, what is arranged separately, and the total cost for your dates. From there, the host and concierge can refine the plan before you confirm.
